Signal Acquisition:


1. Weighing signal: The weighing system adopts advanced control device, which has good stability and high measurement accuracy; after the analog signal is amplified and operated, it enters the PLC for control calculation, and the automatic compensation function of the drop.

2. Temperature signal: the heat collection bin, asphalt, dust collector is equipped with a thermometer, and there are alarm display, sound and light alarm and important temperature records.

3. Material level signal: the finished product silo, heat collection silo, new powder silo, recycled powder silo, overflow silo, and waste silo are all equipped with level gauges; the display of the material level is convenient for the operator to understand the status of each silo, and timely grasp and adopt Adjust the corresponding measures to achieve continuous and stable operation of the equipment.

4. Position signal: for the opening and closing limit of powder material butterfly valve, the opening and closing limit of stone discharge, the opening and closing limit of mixing cylinder door, the opening and closing limit of valve position, and the signal of each arrival of finished product silo, etc.; position detection and feedback, And participate in program control to ensure that each action can be interlocked with each other, accurate and reliable.

5. Negative pressure and differential pressure signals: measure the negative pressure of the drum and adjust the air intake damper in time to make it stable, providing conditions for full combustion. The detection of the differential pressure at the inlet and outlet of the bag filter can provide a basis for the adjustment of the backflushing time or interval.
