For example: check the gap between the mixing blade, liner and scraper; check whether the mixing host has the phenomenon of holding the shaft; check whether the discharge door and the upper hopper are flexible and sealed, etc. If there is a problem, timely repair.

2. Maintenance of various important accessories in the mixing plant

The temperature difference between day and night in autumn increases. After the concrete mixing plant has finished working for a day, the residual water in the water tank, admixture pump and water pump should be cleaned up to prevent the freezing of the night from damaging the pump tube.

3. Maintenance of the feeding system of the belt conveyor
