(1) Maintenance of concrete mixer

After that, the gearbox lubricant needs to be replaced every 2500 hours during the normal production period. The oil pump needs to check every day whether the lubricating grease actually reaches the shaft head.

(2) After working for one cycle of the concrete mixer, the mixture residue should be removed, the mixing shaft, the mixing arm, and the mixing knife should be cleaned. During manual cleaning, it is forbidden to remove the mixture residue with a hammer, because the strong impact will break the mixing knife.

(3) When the gap of the consumable parts of the concrete mixer is greater than 8mm, the gap should be adjusted to 5-8mm by adjusting the blade or replacing the consumable parts.

(2) Maintenance of concrete batching machine

Every day we check the concrete batching machine during the inspection, and find that the debris on the screen is cleaned in time. After inspection, it should be adjusted in time when the gap is found to be large. After adjusting to the limit position, if you need to adjust, you can adjust the gap by welding repair method.

(3) Maintenance of screw conveyor

The operator of the equipment should check whether the belt operation is centered every day. If the deviation is found, it should be adjusted in time to avoid skin damage. Sticky materials should be cleaned up in time; if there is any damage on the belt surface, if there are signs of damage, it should be repaired in time to avoid the spread of damage.

(4) Maintenance of cement silo

The operator of the concrete mixing station should check the cement silo every hour. Once ash from the pressure safety valve on the top of the silo emerges, the safety valve and the surrounding powder should be cleaned up in time to prevent the powder from agglomerating with the rain and making the safety valve Failure. Carry out a comprehensive cleaning inspection of the safety valve every six months.

(5) Maintenance of the control system

The control system of the mixing station is just like the human brain. It is one of the very important equipment of the mixing station. We need to check the control system every day and find the problem and deal with it immediately. In addition, the monthly inspection of the control system is carried out every month to test whether the related electronic components are normal.
