Why are wet production processes less and less used?
The main reason is:
1) A large amount of water is consumed, and 1 t of sand and stone material needs 2 ~ 3.5m³ of water
2) The product has high sand water content and must be dehydrated, and dry again for dry mixing;
3) The product sand fineness modulus is relatively coarse, and the sand output is low;
4) A large amount of mud powder sewage is produced, which pollutes the environment, and stone powder is not easy to recycle;
5) There are many types of infrastructure investment and equipment, and the production cost of machine-made sand is high;
6) Normal production is not possible in arid and rainy areas or during the freezing season.
