Notice for winter maintenance of water supply system

1. The pump needs to be lubricated regularly as required;

2. When the pump is stopped for a long time, the water in the pipe needs to be cleaned. If a stop valve is installed, pay special attention to the water at the stop valve;

3. In winter, it is necessary to ensure the normal flow of water in the pipe. In order to prevent freezing, heat insulation pipes can be added;

4. Regularly check the joints of the water supply pipeline, because the joints are easy to accumulate water.

5. If the pump freezes and the blades are blocked and the motor is blocked, please immediately turn off the power of the pump and use the hot water to pour the ice of the pump casing until the motor shaft can freely move.

2. Instructions for winter maintenance of gas supply system

(1) Condensate discharge:

Condensate discharge involves the entire pneumatic system, from air compressors, air tanks, piping systems, air filters and automatic drains. At the end of the operation, the condensate should be drained away to prevent the night temperature from falling below zero, which could cause the condensate to freeze. As the temperature in the pipeline decreases at night, condensate will be further precipitated, so the pneumatic device should also drain the condensate before running every day. Pay attention to see if the automatic drain is working properly. There should not be excessive water in the cup.

(2) Check the lubricating oil:

1. When the pneumatic device is running, it should be checked whether the amount of oil drip from the lubricator meets the requirements and whether the oil color is normal, that is, dust and moisture should not be mixed in the oil;

2. It is best to refuel the lubricator once a week: pay attention to the amount of oil reduced when refueling. If the fuel consumption is too low, the oil drip volume should be readjusted; after the adjusted oil volume is still low or no oil drip, check whether the inlet and outlet of the lubricator are installed backwards and whether the pipeline is blocked. To understand whether the amount of lubricating oil is moderate, the method is to place a clean white paper near the exhaust port of the reversing valve.After three to four cycles of the valve, if there are only very light spots on the white paper , Indicating good lubrication and suitable oil mist content.

(3) Maintenance of air compressor:

1. Check for leaks to see if there are any leaks;

2. Whether the motor triangle drive belt is loose or aging;

3. Pay special attention to the replenishment of oil in the crankcase of the air compressor. The oil should not be lower than the lower limit of the sight glass, and replenish or replace the oil that meets the viscosity of winter use according to the nameplate of the air compressor.

3. Instructions for the winter maintenance of the additive system

1. Due to the cold weather, pay attention to the insulation of the pipeline and the admixture tank to prevent the admixture from freezing and inconvenience to production;

2. If there is no long-term construction in winter, the admixture in the admixture pipeline needs to be released to prevent freezing or corrosion of the pipeline;

3. If the mixing station has not been constructed for a long time, before the construction, the additive in the additive tank needs to be circulated by the additive pump first to mix the additive to prevent the additive from separating;

4. Regularly maintain the admixture pump and lubricate it regularly; if it is not used for a long time, the admixture of the admixture pump needs to be cleaned to prevent freezing and corrosion of the admixture pump;

5. Regularly check the joints of admixture pipes, because admixtures are easy to accumulate at the joints.

4. Instructions for the winter maintenance of the mixing machine

(1) Environmental conditions of the mixing host

Operating temperature: 1 ~ 40 ℃

Humidity: 90%

Operating altitude: ≤2000m

(2) Start-up operation in winter

(1) In winter, there should be a heating device at the working site of the mixer, try to maintain the room temperature above 0 ℃, and the mixer must be run without load for at least 30 minutes before starting work.

(2) If the ambient temperature is lower than this standard, a heating blower must be used to externally heat the transmission.

(3) Storage

1. The storage location of the mixer is best in a building with moderate heating, and should have safety protection measures to ensure that there is no mechanical vibration, shaking, dust, moisture, chemical erosion, and the lower limit of low temperature is not less than -30 ° C , And has the conditions of flat and reinforced installation base.

2. Avoid unprotected storage in the open air. If unavoidable, corresponding measures must be taken for protection: only for short-term storage;

(1) Take measures to prevent the influence of the atmosphere, such as a wooden roof covered with plastic tarpaulins, and covered with plastic and rubber materials for sun protection;

(2) Carefully place the mixer on a flat, reinforced base surface. If necessary, place it on a square sleeper and cover it with plastic or rubber materials to protect it from sun;

(3) Before storage starts, the leaking parts of the mixer are coated with anti-rust oil.

3. If the mixer needs to be stored for a long time (if no special security measures are specified in the contract, it will be implemented accordingly)

(1) It should be stored in a building with safety protection, dryness and moderate heating;

(2) Clean the inside and outside of the mixer and dry it;

(3) All bolt joints, joint surfaces and exposed rotating surfaces should be sprayed with anti-rust oil (rubber parts, such as V-belts, rubber seals) one by one, and surface protection measures should be repeated as needed (5 ~ 12 months);

(4) All bearings, sealing elements, reducers and lubricating components of the mixer are thoroughly filled with the corresponding greases and lubricants of the corresponding brands (see the maintenance manual for specific brands);

(5) The damaged grease protective layer of the shaft extension must be reapplied;

(6) Every 3 months, you must turn the V-belt drive part by hand to turn the rotary part. The hand pump on the hydraulic component should be operated about 5 times;

(7) After 6 months of storage, the reducer should be refilled with lubricating oil.

(8) Electronic components and junction boxes should be provided with necessary waterproof protection (such as wrapped with plastic film), and bagged desiccant should also be placed inside;

(9) Repeat the surface protection measures as needed (about 9 months).

4. Measures after long-term storage

(1) Clean all reducers and transmission components and replace all lubricants;

(2) Check whether the shaft end seals and other rubber seals are aging (bad storage conditions are easy to cause the aging of rubber parts);

(3) At the initial stage of operation, special attention should be paid to the shaft seal, and if there is a slight leak, it must be replaced immediately.

lubricating:

At ambient temperature below 10 ℃, use No. 1 base oil, above 10 ℃ require the use of No. 2 base oil, using a special grease gun to fill through the filter.

Fifth, the winter system maintenance instructions

1. It is recommended to use L-CKC150 medium load extreme pressure gear oil for the reducer of the transmission system.

2. Lubricating additives such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide should not be used in the reducer containing the backstop. After 200 hours of operation after the first refueling, a new oil should be replaced. After continuous work, the oil will be changed every six months or every 2500 hours of operation.

Six. Winter maintenance instructions for batching machine

1. Regularly fill the lubricant of the transmission system of the batching machine, and regularly clean up impurities;

2. Periodically clean the moisture supply system and piping of the batching machine to prevent freezing during winter construction;

3. After the construction is completed, the remaining materials in the sand and stone silo are cleaned up to prevent the freezing of the next day from delaying the production;

4. Before and after the construction, clean up the sand and gravel on the idler in time to avoid the formation of sharp sand and gravel from icing and scratch the belt.
